About
Our Fontana : Girls HQ is for girls players aged U10-16. This training programme is designed to give opportunity for players to gain professional training, developing players in a welcoming, enjoyable environment and professional environment.
Fontana : Girls HQ follows a comprehensive programme comprising of technical, tactical and team practices, physical development sessions, guest coaching sessions, fixtures and more! Each of our sessions focuses on specific themes in keeping with our player development model.
If you are an advanced girls player (high-level grass roots or academy player) we also run a talented player programme on a Monday night. This is invite only, however if you would like to book a trial session with us
